FASTech's Construction Division is comprised of many individuals, most with over
15-years
of roofing industry experience. The FASTech staff is experienced in all types
of roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope conditions. Experience ranges from
trouble-shooting
and roof management, to design, inspections, construction administration and application of systems. FASTech provides each client with the resources and personal attention needed to successfully achieve positive results in managing significant capital investments with regard
to roofs and building exteriors. Our staff members are experts in project management,
design
and roofing construction.
All staff at FASTech is proficient in the use of AutoCAD software utilized to create
construction related engineering drawings. Specialized database software is utilized
for management, maintenance, inspection programs, and customization to fit the clients’ specific needs.
FASTech has special expertise in roof design. Our experience has made
us familiar with
all
types of roof systems, including asphalt BUR’s, modified bitumen,
single ply, metal systems
and all types of steep roof systems.
FASTech has numerous satisfied clients, including the National Institutes of Standards
